Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes, you will receive the exact item shown in the picture. Should any issue arise during our final second-check before shipping, we will inform you immediately before dispatching the product
Can I pick up the item personally?
Yes, you can pick up the item in person; however, this option is currently available only within Hungary.
How can I pay?
Payment is made via bank transfer to the account provided. Please include the order ID you receive at checkout in the transfer reference, so we can easily identify your order. We prefer bank transfers as they are the most secure and cost-effective payment method.
When will I get my order?
The package is shipped within 1–5 business days after payment. Delivery times depend on the destination country, but usually take 3–7 days.
