Safe Packaging Process for Porcelain Items

To ensure the utmost safety of our porcelain products during transportation, we use a meticulous multi-layer packaging method:

  1. Individual Wrapping: Each porcelain item, such as teapots, cups, plates, or bowls, is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap. This provides cushioning and prevents scratches or cracks.

  2. Box-in-Box Protection: The wrapped item is placed inside a smaller box, which adds an extra layer of protection against impacts.

  3. Space Filling: The space between the inner and outer boxes is filled with crumpled newspaper. This prevents movement within the box and absorbs shocks during handling and shipping.

  4. Outer Box Securing: The smaller box, now cushioned with newspaper, is placed inside a larger outer box. Additional newspaper is added around the inner box to further stabilize and protect the item.

  5. Final Check: Before sealing, all boxes are checked to ensure the items are securely packed and cannot move. The boxes are then sealed and labeled for safe transport.

This careful process ensures that every porcelain piece reaches its destination intact, minimizing the risk of damage.
